      I just got married, I am short and I like monkeys! I used to be a world class athlete and was on several national Karate teams competing all over the world. Because of some serious injuries (not from Karate) I am no longer able to do it...or much else for that matter.

      Farming! Ha Ha Ha! I ♥ u!!! I feel like I am having total withdrawls. Well here's my game plan for the morning. 4:30 wake, 5:25 leave, 6am workout (goal treadmill and bike...eek, not sure both) 7:30:home emails 9am:post office-Granny needs some reading material 10am back home. All my time. Oooh possibly library and MAYBE BCC. P/U Gimp at 2pm. We'll play tag. Good luck w/ Dr. Evil, don't make me fly down there to take care of business.       I was diagnosed with NF-1 about 15-20 years ago I am 24 now. I get new spots and freckles it seems everyday but had not had physical issues till recently. After getting an MRI for extreme back pain they found a 4cm cyst and several lesions causing abnormal blood flow at the t2 level. These disappeared on the last MRI.

      Treatments

      Cymbalta Not Working
      I had stop taking it it made me want to kill myself and MORE depressed.

    • Close Endometriosis

      I have always had very heavy and painful periods. I ended up in the ER b/c I was bleeding so much and was in so much pain I thought I was hemorrhaging. Turned out I had a cyst rupture and get infected. I was then diagnosed with endometriosis. I still have a lot of pain and depression. I don't know what to do, currently I have an ovarian cyst that has grown 2cm in 6 months.

      Treatments

      Oral Contraceptives Too Soon to Tell
      So far it has made me an emotional mess, but we will see if it shrinks the cyst and helps relive pain.

      Made me feel worse, all I could think about was how I wanted to kill myself and it all seemed so rational.

    • Open Degenerative Disc Disease

      Disc Dessication (isn't that I fun word) I also have two herniated dics L4-5 L5s1, and two in my neck and one on my first T. Spinal stenosis, nerve root displacement, sciatica, and indentations on my thecal sac...out of options, discussing surgery soon.

      Treatments

      Massage Somewhat Helpful
      gets the knots out and lets me be a bit more comfortable.
      Medrol Somewhat Helpful
      I get the injections, they help with the swelling and mobility and with the amount of time I can spend doing things before the bad pain sets in. I may have some sensitivity to it. I get it in my shoulders and neck as well as my lower back...the last one in my hip made it worse.
      Oxycodone Working / Worked
      10/650 mgs as needed for break through pain, b.c I am alson on MS-Contin (morphine sulfate)
      Zanaflex Working / Worked
      Lets me get some sleep really knocks me out though...stops pain and spasms most of the time. 2mg 2x daily 4mg at bedtime.
      Morphine Working / Worked
      Makes me dizzy and nauseated I sometimes vomit but makes my pain almost nonexistent....some days I still have to take the percs for break through pain.

    • Open Eating Disorders

      I have issues...with food I'm a chef and yet....yeah..anyways, ask.

      My finace is easy to talk to, he listens and doesn't push...just loves me.
