Sometimes it's hard to tell people about a different approach. I haven't ruled out ncr as my jaw is constantly clenched these days. Tell me again the Clearwater doctor's name? I'm in Switzerland until late January but when i come back, one of my new year's rezzies is to check out ncr, so you may be on yur way to your goal, after all. happy New Year, harve.
