hello everyone , first let me tell you im 42 and i"ve had panic attacks for over 5 years now and they have destroyed my life.I was a" normal"person before them and life was sooooooooooooo much easier.Now i feel so alone and isolated even though i do have people around me , i find i cant relate to anyone.
