About Me
Diagnosed officially with CFS in November 2004. Major symptoms since Spring 2003. Couldn't continue teaching, took early retirement in 2005. Recently am able to work 3.5 hrs a day as a teacher's assistant. Lots of ups and downs. Can't seem to break the cycle of feel good-do too much-crash-rest-feel good-do too much, etc.
