hey sunshine i totally relate to being on and off a million meds...and all that changing is the worst...last time i lost track of the ever changing meds and took like 200mg of serequel by accident and slept for 2 days. stupid.

Close Bipolar Disorder
I've always had problems. It started when I was about 8 and got much worse in puberty, about 12. high school and college were a real challenge. Thankfully I met my husband and he got me help. I was diagnosed as bipolar then, about 12 years ago. I was put on meds. infact I've tried so many meds. Risperdal was the first that worked and I loved it, but I had a serious side effect to it. So I got on seroquel and well now I'm off that. Right now I'm fling by the seat of my pants.

- Depakote Working / Worked
- slept all day
- Lamictal Too Soon to Tell
- Lithium Working / Worked
- made me shake
- Risperdal Working / Worked
- It worked so good. I didn't know life could be so good. I did however have a bad side effect from it. My prolactin level went sky high.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- loved it but had to get off of it
- Tegretol Not Working
- made me so sick
- Zyprexa Working / Worked
- great but made me tired
