Woke up tired and did not run. I ran 18 out of 31 days this month.
I will set a new goal for August of running 75% of the days or 23 out of 31.
Got up at 530am and got out by 630am. You can run faster in cooler air. My run took 5 minutes less. Good day.
Tommy, Tommy, Tommy!!!! Have not heard a word from you in MONTHS! WAY...WAY to LONG!!!! Lets catch up! Lots of luv, Patti

Hi. Hope all is well this Monday.
My divorce was final in January 08. Everything was and has been amicable. I really enjoy my new life! I have been dating someone and it has been good to start a new, healthy relationship. My boys are 18(twins) and both live with me. They just graduated high school and will start college in the fall. My ex-wife has addiction and health problems. She was fired from her job in 2005 and was arrested for passing a forged perscription. Now those are her problems, not mine. Single is way better!
Living, breathing, fighting Crohn's since 1976. 5 surgeries later and many treatments later I am still here! In 1988 I lost part of my colon, it perforated and my spleen ruptured and during my recovery my 1st wife had an affair and I diviorced her. In 1994 I had a small perforation and removed more colon and in 2005 I had the rest of my colon removed.
I have had Crohn's for 31 years. With the predizone I was unable to exercise and prednozone made me so hungry so I ballooned up to 260lbs and at 5'9" that was a bit much. I came of the predizone and lost 30 lbs and started excercising in July 2003 and I am down to 188 and I have run a half marathon. I'm not the fastest guy out there, but I like to say I always win the spleenless/gutless divison. :)
Divorce since Jan. 08 Have two boys, twins, who just turned 19 and live with me. Loving life and moving on.
