      hey hope you're doing okay. are you ready for the big xmas. tech decks are the rage here as well as that scooter that emits sparks when you brake. ( he's getting that for his birthday)

      sam seems to be doing well. he's still on the risperdone and he's gained weight but i am giving it to him before he goes to bed so he's slacked off and steve is taking him to the gym on weekends to work out so he's now doing weights , treadmill etc.
