i don't know you, but i found the beginning of your post on the entry page and had to read more. You sound like an amazing young lady, and I just want you to know that I will add you to my prayers for both the relationship with your mom and dad, as well as with this guy that makes you so happy. I'm quite a bit older than you, and I feel i've only known true love once in my life.... if this guy is yours, never let a day go by without telling him how you feel. As for you and your dad.... well, all i can say is that you are old enough that you have to look after your own life and not let Anyone in your life treat you any less than what you Are Truly worth. That's just my quick version of my two cents for now! thanks for sharing a part of your life!

I wish you good luck with this. My mom have been estranged since my stepdad died April 27th of 2007. I don't see us reconciling anytime soon. But maybe. So good luck and keep us posted.
