Apparently I weigh 197.5.
It's not that I am in incredible disbelief, but I haven't noticed any huge physical changes that would lead me to believe I lost about 5lbs. in a week. On that note, most of my clothes fit a little loosely now, and I've lost about 20lbs. What's the deal?
Anyways, when I go to the gym I'm going to weigh myself again, and then I'm going to go to the health center and get my blood pressure checked, and ask them to weigh me again. I will rejoice if 'tis true!
I didn't go to the gym Monday or Tuesday. I told myself I would make it up the rest of the week, but meh. I'll have days when I don't feel like going, and it definitely seemed like I would be punishing myself after doing an hour of cardio tonight and even thinking about doing another 30 min.






Yay congrats :) Sounds like your working really hard! You dont have to go to gym every day life is too short lol.
