I've thought about it, this is what I want to achieve by the end of this year.
1st goal
To be under 200lbs by August 20th
2nd goal
To be at 185lbs by the time I go back home on November 12th (3 months)
Final goal
To be at 180 by Christmas (a little over a month)
So by the end of the year I envision myself toned, flat (no fat bumps), and down a couple of clothing sizes. I also want to be able to run a 12 minute mile.
Those are my goals!! And I'm about 4 pounds away from my summer goal.
