Even though I still don't believe it, it has been a few days so I declare that I am under 200 pounds!!!!

 

I weighed myself this morning and I came in at 197lbs. My clothes feel a little/lot more loose, and other than feeling better, I can't really tell the difference. But that doesn't really matter, because I reached my goal and I'm going to keep on going!

Apparently I weigh 197.5. 

 

It's not that I am in incredible disbelief, but I haven't noticed any huge physical changes that would lead me to believe I lost about 5lbs. in a week. On that note, most of my clothes fit a little loosely now, and I've lost about 20lbs. What's the deal?

 

Anyways, when I go to the gym I'm going to weigh myself again, and then I'm going to go to the health center and get my blood pressure checked, and ask them to weigh me again. I will rejoice if 'tis true!

 

I didn't go to the gym Monday or Tuesday. I told myself I would make it up the rest of the week, but meh. I'll have days when I don't feel like going, and it definitely seemed like I would be punishing myself after doing an hour of cardio tonight and even thinking about doing another 30 min.

I don't know if that's the right percentage for my goal, but it's close enough so I don't really care. 

 

I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until the 17th, but I couldn't really wait that long. I went to the gym today, thought the scale was wrong (it read 201), so I went about my workout. I did arms today and then did 1.5 hours of cardio (I cheated yesterday and left after 30 minutes). The Columbus Crew game was on so that helped pass the time. I went back into the locker room to weigh myself and it said 200.25 so I believe it!

 

That is so freakin' awesome. I'm less than a pound away from my goal. Woo!!!
