I am 39 years old and have depression as well as anxiety. I'm on Nefazone (Serzone) HCL 200mg and was recently also put on Clonazepam .5mg . I probably had depression for years, but it didn't really surface until my divorce in 1997. (Now, I couldn't be happier that my now ex husband left, but that's another story.) I tried Prozac, Paxil, Wellbutrin--all with no success (well, Paxil made me a walking zombie, and the other two made me even bitchier than I was before meds). I've also suffered insomnia since April '08 and recently started taking the Clonazepam, hoping that will help me stay asleep at night. I think I've recently developed a sun allergy. I was out for about 30 minutes in the sun on July 1, 2008 no sunblock--bad, I know) and my shins developed these itchy bumps that look horrible! :( I also have seasonal allergies to pollen, grass, mold, cats...ARRGH!

Momwulf, I'm glad to hear hou are not punihing her for the wetting, but too often when I hear a statement like, I wuould take a more pro-active stance, it usually mean punishment. Especially if it is coming froma step parent. 85 o/o of all abused kisa are abused because of some delay in toilet training. That is why my red flag went up on your statement. I apologize for suggesting you would resort to punishment. Keep loving her, keep praising her, and keep the patience. you will need it. lildman53

Seems like I can't sleep when I have to work the next day. :(
I have genetic depression (runs on mom's side) and have been taking meds since late summer 1997 when my now ex husband left (and I'm now glad he did!!!!). I see now that I had it after the birth of my daughter and wish I would have gotten help then. I wonder as I age if the meds are no longer working and I need new ones. Some days are better than others.
I hate my job and want to work from home.
My dad passed away on July 6, 2003, which was my daughter's 12th birthday, but he passed 6 minutes before her birth time (so technically she was still 11 yrs old...I know, I'm picky).
My boyfriend's daughter just turned 5 yrs old on the 17th and still occassionally bedwets. We put pull-ups on her. Sometimes she goes a couple nights and stays dry; other nights she soaks them (without going through them). We've tried cutting off her drinks at 7:30pm (bed time is 9pm). We get her on the weekends and the rest of the week she is with her mom. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
For about a month I've been breaking out in rashes on the tops of my forearms. I've tried Benedryl cream (makes it worse), cortisone cream (doesn't do anything), not using any lotion (causes it to dry up and look hidious), and now I'm breaking out in bumps on my legs. I don't have any animals in the house, but I wonder if it is a sun allergy? I try to limit my sun time to late evening, which is sad because I love the sunlight! Help!
