I was married for 23 years to a career military guy. He began to change after Desert Storm and then when I was so sick he could not handle it. He began to pull away and eventually he just ran away to Florida.(Update: reunited and doing great.) I have three Kids but they are all grown up now. I love animals I have two cats and a dog. I adore my American Eskie dog, KC and my cat Milo.(update my baby Milo died in March @ 18 of a Nasel tumor) I love wild life, esp. watching the Eagles & Hawks at the near by lake. I am 1/2 Cherokee and grew up in N.C. where all my extended family still are. I enjoy learning new thinks and am always searching for new things to read. Someday I hope to travel to as many historic sites as possible. Gosh, I dream of going to Athens, Greece, but probably want get to unless I win a lottery.

Music!! Every kind...well almost. Example: I love classic rock - The Eagles, CCR, The Doobie Brothers, Bob Seger ETC My very favorite group is the swing band, The Big Bad Voodoo Daddies. I also like some Country like Alan Jackson, George Straight, Johnny Cash, etc. I also enjoy blues, BB King is great! I also am an expert Seamstress but don't do much because I have carpal tunnel. I am interested in anything that has to do with history, such as Civil war sites, Native American history, just anything. I love movies. I like the classic movies best. The ones with Hepburn, Cary Grant, Clark Gabel , ETC

thinking of you and hoping you are having a good day. I am so glad you are feeling better. The flu or something similar went through the whole house - all five of us - over the past two months. I am still getting rid of the cough and my husband and I are dealing with the headaches still. Wondering if we had H1N1?? I read the symptoms and they were right on - scary. Anyway - hope you have a great day and a nice weekend down in sunny Florida! xox Jules

UUGGG! I can't find a treatment that works. I am very ill today and will write more later.
I was diagnosed with Lyme in Oct. of 1999. I had been ill for at least 8 to 10 years. It was in the late stage. I have been treated off and on since 99. The last time about 1 year ago. My dr. says it is chronic. I choose to believe not. I do however, have many problem I am sure caused from the Lyme.
I have carpal tunnel in the left hand. I don't plan to have surgery at this time.
I am always in pain. I have become accustomed to it. My pain is from FMS, damage from late stage LD and OA.
I was diagnosed in 1985. It totally disabled me many times. Now it has leveled off and I suppose done most of its damage. I dislike this ringing!
I dislike talking about this...but I know I have to get comfortable with it so here goes. I was married for 25 years to my first love. I supported his military career of 20 years, and nearly raised our 3 kids alone.. In 1999 I was diagnosed with Late Lyme disease and he soon after skipped out on us.
I have always had trouble sleeping but it really got bad with the Lyme Disease & FMS.
