My mom has hidden the scale from me, so to be honest, I don't know exactly what I weigh.  I'm going to say 120 lbs. because it was up a little last time. Only my mom is allowed to weigh me (WTF?) and only 3 times a week... that's BS!

Boy do I feel like a fat@ss today.  I DO NOT want to go see my dietitian because of how I look/feel.  I will not eat or drink today before I see her.  That's how it goes.  Heck, I guess I won't eat/drink all day. 

I gave up all of my diet pills aside from one box. My strongest ones, actually.  GRRR.  I've been taking these damned things for years and years on end.  I can't imagine what they are doing to my body.  Oh well.  My problems are stupid and insignificant as compared to others' problems.  I've been told so.  And I'm selfish.  I know so.  Hate it, but it's true.

Wish me luck at my dietitian's appointment today!  I don't want her to bump up my calories again!!!
