1st of all, when I post my journal, I don't want sympathy, I'm just putting my thoughts down for myself. I never wrote a dariy before but this is fun. I know what you mean, I don't come on here like I once did. Maybe that's a positive thing? I know what I need to do and it is also what I want. As a kid I played football, etc. and in early 20s had car accident, two possible situations that might have caused jaw problems. Been told by many doctors that I have TMJ some even said a severe case.
Open GERD & Heartburn
I 1st started getting the symptoms when I had GB problems, then a few years later I was told I had an ulcer, that's gone but am still taking meds. when I try to stop the pills, symptoms don't.
Open Back Pain
Early 20s, car accident, broken back, never been right since. Never a day without some kind of pain.

Many times I wake myself up by gasping for breath.

There's no story to tell, doctor says I have HBP. What else do you want to know, haha?
