  Have you tried watching a funny movie - that sometimes works to get your mind off of the anxiety and relax. You gotta find a way to shift thoughts. Let me know what you try.

  Had alot of anxiety last night trying to sleep but no panic attacks. I can always feel one a panic attacks is coming on because all my back muscle tense up. I've only been sleeping for a couple of hours at a time but for some strange reason I'm not tired. I did have so bad panic attacks at the mall waiting to get into sears. Glad to hear someone else is having night panic too. I think some of my night panic maybe because of dreams. Hugs.

  I have panic attacks both day and night. Seems like I get them at night when my body is really stress. I'm glad to know I not the only ones who have panic attacks at night.

  Hi.. thanks for the hug :) Are you being switched from Lexapro to Cipralex? they are supposed to be the same drug. I took Cipralex for 10 days and felt aweful after being on Lexapro and feeling fine for 2.5 months. 2 Nights ago i went back to Lexapro. Hope to get better. Hang in there and be strong. We are with you.
