not been on here for so long but things are going good i have a new job i love, passed my driving test just goto learn to travel further lol

had a really good day at work starting to feel much better in myself
well had a really good nights sleep, felt a bit tired when i first woke but feeling really good with myself now wish they had given me these new meds years ago

been a rough day today, had another death in the family thats 5 in 2 months just goes from bad to worse. think i might have to give up work need to spend some time gettin well and time with my children.
