Hi Gina! Colleen here! I am asthmatic also, have been since childhood. I use Singulair. Curious if you have tried it? I couldn't do without it! I am also from Tennessee as you know, and I don't miss that heat and humidity. Here it is 90 degrees and more but you hardly notice it, because it is so dry and windy here. Wally and I will pray things go well for you Monday! With love, your Sister in Christ, Colleen

I am so sorry to hear you are going through this. I will pray that all goes well and that you will make that Dr's appointment Monday.

Gina, I will pray that you have a friend or relative drive you in their car with the air conditioning on. I know what its like to not have air conditioning. One of my cars did not have it so I had to roll the windows down which didn't help in the hot summer weather. Also, I have asthma. What about taking a taxi to the doctor's office - I have done it.

i think it was a wise decision that you rescheduled your appointment, sometimes things are changed for God's reasons that we don't know about, i hope that you make it on monday, take care till then, lots of love, ruby

I know how that is, I have had trouble with asthma too, and heat definately escalates it. God will get you there in Jesus Name!

I don't know about TN, but in some places you can rent a small portable oxygen bottle & mask. About the size of a fanny pack. I'm not familiar with how asthema works, would that help for the hour drive, if you had cool air to breath? Just a thought. I'll be praying for you.
