WENT UP TO THE DR TODAY AND AT THE CAT SCAN DONE AND ANWAY SEARS SAID THEY REPLACE MY TIRES HALF OFF FOR MY TIRES BE WORE, I ONLY HAD LIKE 13,000 MILES ON ONE AND 20 ON THE OTHER ON A 75,00 MILES TIRE. SO I AGREE TO TAKE THE OFFER B/C HOW I BEEN SCREWED IN THE PAST I WAS GLAD TO GET SOMETHING OUT OF MY TIRE.
SO ANYWAY I WENT UP THEY DIDNT HAVE MY TIRES LAST WEEK AND THEN THEY ODRE THEM AND WHILE WENT UP TO DR APPT THEN I WENT BY THERE AND THEY TRY TO PUT THE TIRES ON AND THEY WERE 1 SIZE OFF.I DONT UNDERSTAND THEY MESS THAT UP WANTED ME TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK I SAID YEHA NOW SO THEY SUPPOSE TO SEND SOMOEN TO ANOTHER STORE AND PICK THE 2UP AND I GO BACK AGAIN ANOTHEWR 37 MILES TO THE SHOP........
I DONT UNDESTAND WHY THIS WANT STAY THE SAME COLOE WHEN I TYPE.....
I AMD MAD BUT I HOPE THEY GET IT RIGHT. TO ME SINCE THEY DID 2 MISTAKES THEY SHOULD GIVE ME SOME TYPE OF DISCOUNT FOR THE ALIGMENT THEY EXPECT ME TO DO.... YES I RAMBLING. I WENT UP THERE 3 TIMES AND THIS IS ALOT OF GAS MONEY TO GO BACK AND FORTH.......

at my vet' office,the girls are so nasty to me,i bring in the 2 dogs for nail clipping and the girl doesn't know how to hold the big dog, she's 10 lbs. and she bites...she almost dropped the dog,, there's no reason to yell at my dog relax..yelling isn't going to help and next time i might punch her in the face. i have been going there for over 6 years. and most of the girls there are nasty, but this one takes the cake...i offered to help her and she said no,i have to muzzle the dog (pumpkin is her name)....the vet hardly speaks english and they are so confident they know they can get away with being nasty to me. i try to make it a pleasant experience for the dogs, but they must sense the employees attitude...thank god i only have to go every 5-6 weeks.. have to take abuse from everyone...
girls at the doctors office(for me), are also nasty, so i bring them cookies and tell them they need them...i never would think of speaking to people this way,,,i worked at doctor's offices all my life....

talk to the manager and see if you can get a discount! explain the you have a medical problem and maybe they will help you out!
