Hi, okay I've never done this before so first I'll write a little about my medical self. Lol...umm well I was born with "lazy eye" and I've had 3 surgeries for that. (one when i was about 1 yr, 11 yrs, and almost 15 yrs) I have been involved in many sports throughout my life and I've had my share of injuries. I was a competitve gymnast when I was younger, but my dr. pretty much forced me to move on....I've had tendonitis in my knee, seperation of my growth plate in my heel, shoulder problems, multiple strains/pulls in back, neck, ankles...Yeah I know it seems like I get hurt A LOT but mainly its just one thing leads to another haha and luckily I recover quickly. OH!! But no broken bones ever! I've had braces and also a small mouth surgery in 5th grade because one of my teeth was underneath my gum and couldnt grow, but I have never had any cavities! Right now my main medical thing is allergies..!! They're pretty bad I suppose.. I'm allergic to like everything outside!..I start my shots today so I'm a little anxious I guess..I have this thing called "autonomic dysfunction" (SP?) where my blood is kinda thin and my heart beats slow, but supposedly it could all be tied in with allergies?!! so I dont really know....I'm hoping the allergy shots work because every time I race (im a competitive swimmer) I get a wierd reaction where my throat like closes up and pretty much my whole body goes numb, but its not asthma..my ENT said its vocal cord dyfunction because of all the inflammation from allergies. SO basically if these allergy shots work I will be a lot better!!! WHOO!! I know it may seem as if I'm like a medical problem child, but I'm actually pretty athletic and smart haha maybe I'm just really reactive because I was a preemy!!! haha Anyways..adios! And wish me luck with these shots!
