Since Sunday I have been experiencing the worst new pain.

Monday Mike took a vacation day to take me to the MGH ER only to be told I’m “Special Case”. They called my neurosurgeon, he can see me now. Dr. Eskandar told me his plans are in process but he really couldn’t do anything for me now. Go to the Pain Management Center.

We then went to them. “Come back at 1:00 Dr. Ahmed will be back then”. (Did I say we left the home at 6:00?) Dr.. Ahmed told me to continue to increase the dosage of Tizanidine after I told him that I was in the process doing that.

That fact is I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. Brachial Plexus and nerve injuries are based on each individual patient. No one knows what will and what won’t work on each patient. I’m not big on health experimentation but I’m willing to try just about anything to get my life back. Actually not even back, livable would be just find.

It's rough! I'm stress eating like crazy. Gaining the weight like crazy to prove it. I have to get things under control. I have to get 15 – 20 pounds off as well.
