  I take the test next monday the 10th.... I am still parinoid in cars but I need my freedom and to be able to see my mom whenever I want or need to... thank you for the support

  Well I just lost medicade because they said I have too much assets and I asked my laywer if it is malpractice and she said only if something goes wrong like there is cancer...... and as for the medical records she has every piece of paper that had to do with the accident for evidence against both the girl that hit me and the bar she was comming from...... do you kno if there is a way I can get copies of everything from the hospital??? instead of my lawyer she is just doing so much work and i dont want to put that on her unless i have too!!!!

  you never sue the bar tender only the bar and they have good insurance.... working at a bar or anyplace that serves alcohol.... they should kno the risk... It is their job to pay attention to the state of the person drinking... but i agree its not always the easiest to tell..... I wouldn't sue anyone if i did not have too but finacially and emotionally i think is the only fair and right thing to do .... I hope you are all right and all goes well for you.....im always here for you
