Thanks Cathleen, I value your support and calmness. Today is a good day so far.. a scorcher here so got to wait til this afternoon to see if I swell up. Thank goodness I have a female doctor who specializes in geriatrics and obstetrics... .she is understanding and my age and is willing to try herbal and holistic methods too. She treats me different than the male docs use to when I was younger.
