Hi! I'm a 56 year-old Italian-American living and working in NYC and was just diagnosed with an aortic aneurism about three weeks ago and am doing my best to deal with this emotionally and physically. Have successfully put-down cigarettes and watch my diet. However, I'm obsessing over this and would appreciate some input. I'm an active, busy individual would appreciate hearing from peers in this regard. Thank You.

Hi! I'm a 56-year-old Italian-American living and working in NYC. Was recently diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm and am walking around in some sort of shock.
