I had fibromyalgia for approximately 20 or so years. I was diagnosed as having it officially in June of 2007 and in November of last year learned that I had Polymalgia Rheumatica and in July of last year was officially diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

Doing jigsaw puzzles over 500 pieces, playing Solitaire, making Kleenex box covers out of plastic canvas, swimming, traveling, doing fill-ins and crossword puzzles, singing for the Lord, and making crafts for Christmas and birthday party for the Women's group that I am involved in.

I have had TMJ since 20 years ago.
I have had a sharp pain in my right shoulder for the past two years. The pain ranges from a 8 1/2 to a 9 +. I will be having Arthrotomy with AC excision, Deltoidplasty. My deltoid musucle is torn and will be hospitalized overnight following my surgery.
