           I recieved the best gift ever today from my daughter Taylor. She handed me this gift when I picked her up from school. I was driving so she opened it for me. I asked her to read it but she thought I would like it better if I read it. I could tell she was so proud to give this to me.

          She wrote to me:

          Dear Mom,

    I appreciate all that you do for me. I don't have alot of money, but I am writing to tell you I love you.

   Thank you Mom for giving me rides to the mall and to my friend's houses. Thanks for buying me clothes and shoes.

   I am glad you buy me things, but that's not the most important thing. I know I get mad at you when you are strict but that just shows me you care. I like the way you call the school to see if I'm doing well. It shows you care when you take me to counseling. I like to hear you say I love you on the phone. All of these things make me happy.

 All your hard work will pay off. We will have a better relationship in the future. I will learn how to be a good mom by how you treat me. Staying out of trouble will make my life easier. I just want to tell you I love you. I hope we all have a good Christmas this year.
