I am home from the hospital again.  Still having problems with Mito Strokes and Complicated Migraines which leave me diabled on the right side.  But I am doing better, had my muscle biopsy July 25th and still don't really know anything.  The pathology report only mentioned I have some form of Neurogenic Muscle disease as well as the Mito and Carnitine Def.
