I’m With You
Thankyou for your kind words and support. Sometimes I feel as if I am living a nightmare without any-one to share it with that truly understands. My mum, dad and siblings blame my parenting when I know I have been the best mum I know how to be.I have even done a parenting course to help me with ways of coping and have read numerous books and articles on the condition. Most days i blame myself and think that maybe I have done something wrong and self reflect every day.All i can basically do is go with what the pdoc says and follow my instincts as his mum. We dont have any problems at school, he is adored by his teacher but his behaviour at home is abhorent. My baby girl whom is 3 has been abused one way or the other from the time she was born, i have to watch my son's every move to protect my daughter, it breaks my heart seeing her upset and it isn't fair that she has to live this way. My nerves are at their wits end and some days i feel like giving up but I cant, I cant desert my son whom needs me so much

I am raising a grandson with ADHD and possible bi-polar. Not easy. He is 10 now and the meds seem to finally be working

I am 60 and have Rhumatoid Arthritis. I get so depressed because of the pain and not able to do what my 10 yr old grandson needs

- Ibuprofen Not Working
- Tylenol Not Working
- Plaquenil Somewhat Helpful
- still pain but not always as severe
- Clinoril Working / Worked
- works most of the time
- Methotrexate Somewhat Helpful
- helps if I can afford to get it
Open Bipolar Disorder
my grandson is on abilify and doing well

- Abilify Working / Worked
- he was on resperadol and gained weight so the Dr. took him off and put him on Abilify. He isn't even takingthe ritalin now just the abilify and doing GREAT
