  dear lucy,
  this is april again. after i sent out the letter, i relooked at the phot & some of the writting that decribed her. i see that you do live in new York. & that she is single. but was she married & have any children? Are her parents still alive or family (brothers/sisters) to help out? Does she have any other friends that are also blind & deaf. from what you todl me...you talk to her by finger hand, & she talks back to you in here voice, so she must of been able to talk & see at one time.? My concern is.....if m.s. did that to her...then...my eyesight may be going as well then. and that the dr. didn';t tell me Yes to my question, for the fear that i would get more upset about it! whcih i would!!!
  i always wanted to know how to speak wtih the hearing impaired, but never got aroudn to doing it. it's like i'm already seeing my own future comming. this was way before i was even dx with m.s. or had any idea that this could be possible some day for me. but i can't keep up with all that i SHOULD be doing...let alone...try to look at the web-site that you gave me to learn how to. but i will Save your letter as a draft, so maybe some day i will be able to look at it! and i always wanted to learn spanish. (though i'm sorry to say that yes, i AM prejitous against ALL the mexicans who are coming into our country & don't know the laungue & take jobs away from us Americans), but you see SO many of them today, that you hear them talk, & i would always wonder what they were talking about, or something bad against me that they don't want me to hear, so i want to learn. anyway....i just LOVE their music. it is So romantic! So i pray that lucy will want to cont to be my friend & taht i will hear back from you two!
  i always think of you two alot since i met you over the web, so i hope & pray that each day can be as good as good can get for the both of you!

  hi dora & lucy,
  did you recieve my letter to you the other day? it was sunday. today is mondy. i would like to here back from you? i would like to know more about you lucy, & how the m.s. may have caused your lost of vision & hearing? did the ms. do that to you? i give you GREAT admiration for your fight that you still have in you!!! I wouldnt know how to cope in your case!! It must be the most terrible thing!!!!!!!!
  i am very concerned about you lucy, & dora. Hope your day went well..mine is terrible today. & have to drive into Chatt tomorrow to see 2 drs. well...one is a new therapist. what or how can i even start telling her all about myself?? i hate to change & loose the mediacl people that help me, but then retire or close down thier bussiness. it is SSO hard to start over.
  thinking hard for you as i write. feels like i can actually feel you in my heart right now. strange..but also possible.
