Ok.. So I have two options.. I don't know which to decide.
Basically, I'm second year at University. Studying Psychology and Education Studies. I moved away from home to study. I live 2 hours by plane away.
OPTION ONE..
I stay at the University I'm at now.
+ves..
my boyfriend lives here.
my boyfriend's family live here.
i have some alright friends.
i get to live in a flat, so I have my independence.
warmer climate (helps my fibromyalgia)
live close to Uni (5 minute walk)
live close to town (5 minute walk)
i'm studying towards a science degree (which sounds better than an arts degree).
no nagging parents or family
i have a good doctor here.
I could have my degree finished half way through 2012.
my mum and I have a good relationship living not in each other's faces
i like the city that i'm living in
-ves..
my asthma is very bad here. I'm on a few different steroids and had an asthma attack last week.
i have no family close by.
when i'm unwell/sick/sore I have no one to help/look after me.
quite expensive to live here. It costs me about $250-$300 NZD a week and I only receive $190. My parents cover the rest and I have to pay them back.
OPTION TWO..
Move back to my home city to go to University.
+ves..
my puppy lives there.. whomI love very much and wont be alive for ever =[
my family lives there.
it'll only probably cost me $50-75NZD a week to live there, so I can start paying back the money that I owe my parents.
free internet, electricity, food.
i'll have someone there to help me when I'm sick (Mum).
i'll eat healthier because my mum is a health freak.
i have two friends that are studying the same thing and they have study groups which I could go to.
i could easily get a part time job and volunteer work that would lead me into a full time job when I graduate.
-ves..
admitting defeat..
cold weather, which makes my fibromyalgia worse.
i'd have to bus to Uni/town.. About 20 minutes.
i have an annoying 17 year old brother..
i'd have to do an Arts degree, which wouldn't sound as good on paper.
would still be studying in 2013.
mum and I often don't get on that well when we're living together.
i don't have a good doctor
my boyfriend doesn't live there.
i don't really like the city.
i've had some bad experiences and memories in the house that i live in.
my mum might be moving to another city between now and when I graduate so I'd have to transfer uni again.
it might be difficult to cross credit my papers from the universities, meaning that I might have to redo stuff.
I think that's all I can think of.. Which would you choose?

I would choose option 1. Seems to have more positives than negatives, and the negatives aren't too bad either.

I would have to agree with the others that Option 1 is probably the best one. Although it is costing you a bit, there are more positives. In the end the decision is yours though. Take your time and talk it through with your family and boyfriend. As you have said your mum could be moving which would mean another move for you. This is a big negative to me as you could possible have to change uni again and then there is the possibility you would have to resit papers again as well.
Good luck with your decision and keep us informed on how things go.

I'm on board with Option 1. You sound like you have alot more going on at school than at home and you get to study what you want. You're a big girl now and you are doing well why change it.

hard decision. I agree #1 sounds better but where is your heart?
