Journal Entry for September 14, 2009 Mood

Wow 501 days sober..

Anyway, I've had a shit start to week. I applied for a job as an RA (residential assistant) living in a student dorm for next year. I'm doing that at the moment. I applied for a different hall of residence and I got turned down but a girl I know got accepted for the job and she keeps going on about it. She spent all night going on about it and then complaining how it was far from her campus and was so unappreciative and I wanted that position so badly... So I was there biting my tongue trying not to burst into tears.. which I did just before.

I'm so tired and sore..

After waiting a year and a half to see a Gynocologist I got my surgery date, which is next week (which I can't make) and so now I'm going to have to wait another year for my operation.. I'm in so much pain..

Yeah so it's pretty shit really.

I did not realise the pain you was in Sarah, you kept it a secret from me, for any particular reason? Nor did I know that you had a past drinking problem, great to see though that you have beaten this demon, because it can be so destructive in more ways than one.

I have checked out your pics, and as you know, I have made comments on most of, if not all of them. There is one thing Sarah that stands out in pics of you, and I can see it without being in your presence, and it is that you are not a very happy soul.

Unhappy is negative, so you are in this mode of being more often than not, you subsequently give off a vibe that is consistent with this mode of thinking. Having said that then, what do you think you will attract to yourself more often than not?

If you want to achieve positively then you must be accommodating with your mode of thinking, the odds are that the reason why you did not get the job you so desired is because your mode of thinking/operation let you down. You are not doubt good enough to do the job, but convincing the one who mattered was something you was unable to do.

How confident in yourself are you? On a scale of 1-100, with 100 being the ultimate, how happy are you within yourself? If below 70 then you are firing on less than all cylinders. I am at 95, so how do you fair?

Using the same scale, just how much do you truly LOVE yourself? I sit at 99, almost perfect, although the truth be known, I am 100, but I don't like boasting too much. So in comparison to me, how do you rate?

If you do not rate well on any of the questions above, then you know that you have some positive self work to do. I can help you with all of these, and believe me darling, these important self traits are a lot easier to attain than you may think.
