Well, tomorrow is my last day in my store before I go to training.  I have to say, I am really going to miss alot of those people.  They are all good, friendly people, just don't have the drive to work like I am used to.  But, I can't wait for the training.  I printed all the policies and procedures, and manuals I will have to read.  I have a binder that weighs 20 pounds, I swear.  But, I am going to be a star student.  I want to turn this into a BIG move up for me.  I all ready have plans for what I am going to do to inspire my employees to do things the right way, because they are done far from right here.  And, they just don't seem to understand that these ways will make their jobs easier!  But, most of all I am looking forward to my 4 day weekend with my neices.  I can't wait.  They are a little spoiled, and get on my parents nerves, but, I love them to peices!  I have to get right back in bed, sorry so short, but I have to do the early shift.
