I have just become Vice - President to the Oli Fan Club & stand in secretary until a suitable member becomes available..... My partner died from a heart attack caused by Arrhythmia - SADS - UPDATE- BRUGADA has been diagnosised now, he was aged 46, he's older brother died of the same thing S.A.D's 8 years before aged 42 (july 99) - with 2 surviving brothers.

Interests
So many things have passed me by, but my goals still stand - I have a massive urge to try the 3 peaks challenge next year!!! or maybe just attempt one of them lol, but i need to climb a mountain - also my passion has always been running, so before i'm 40, i want to have run the London marathon...... I adore my children with every breath, and I am desperate for them to achieve great things and open doors for themselves - I am always behind them 110% and i always will be, due to my past, i give them everything... they are my life.... and history will never repeat itself - they are my special strong babies...... I miss my loved ones and try not to live in the past, but my depression makes me fall down hard sometimes.... but finding DS has helped me think in a different way - and for that and to all my dear dear friends - Thank you

- Crying Working / Worked
- numbing for a while, then no help.
- Getting Angry Not Working
- who to shout at, kids can't take it and there is no one else - just myself!!!!
- Grief Counseling Not Working
- tried the groups - was't for me at all, would consider 1 to 1, see how things go!!!
- Keeping Busy Working / Worked
- Mad for a tidy house!! Tidy house, sort of tidy mind!!
- Music Working / Worked
- All the time!!! My life is music, reagrdless to what it is, can't get enough!!!!
