- About Me
  
  I was married 19 years (have been seperated for 2 years)and have a teenaged son who has a great sense of humor! I work full time as a sales assistant for the largest hotel company in the world in Chicago. I have 1 longhair domestic black cat, and 1 green fife canary. I've had fibro since about 95 but was diagnosed finally in fall 05. I developed Essential Tremor in my arms and Myoclonus in my arms and legs over the course of 2007. I learned in 2009 that my underactive thyroid might be causing all of my problems. I just turned 39 this summer. I try to keep a good sense of humor about this whole mess, but sometimes it's tough so I just remind myself to smile.

- Interests
  
  I love to read - just about anything, but especially Dean Koontz, Anne Rice, Janet Evanovich, Laurell Hamilton, Katie MacAlister, Kay Hooper, Jonathan Kellerman, Nelson DeMille, anything paranormal or mystery, ghost stories, sci fi, fantasy, and so much more that there'd never be enough room to list it all. I like to sing and have even been told that I'm pretty good at it. If my hands don't hurt too much (or shake too much) I'll make beaded jewelry and draw. I love a good glass of wine and a great meal. Sunshiny days are my favorite.

  I'm 37, have had FMS for at least 10 years. I had to convince my doc that FMS is real, he finally gave in. I changed docs. I have a teen son, been married 18 yrs (currently separated), have pets. Work full time as Exec Admin in Sales at 4 star hotel. Had a flare-up from 2/07 to 8/07 - :-(

  I started with GERD at 13. By 28 I had Barrett's Esphagus. Tried every med available in vain. Then had the Stretta procedure done and have had heatburn maybe 3 or 4 times since Dec 2000. It saved my life!

  So, my husband was messing around online - again. This is the 4th time in 11 years that he has been unfaithful in some way (online or in person). We tried counseling, Retrouvaille (good program if you really use it), and so much more. I'm done. I've given him a total of 23 years of my life. No more.

  Around Jan 07 I started to notice this internal vibration occasionally. It was annoying, but whatever. Well, it progressed and soon my hands started shaking every now and then. When it became a daily thing and I was constantly embarassed, I finally went to the doctor. You guessed it, ET was in my life. No family history that I know of. So, now instead of just rockin and rollin, I'll shake, rattle & roll!
