      I have degenerative disc disease, had an anterior cervical discectomy with fusion, plate & screws in 2004. Now, 5 more herniated discs and I'm afraid of the future. I have limited range of motion after the surgery and chronic neck, shoulder and arm pain. I have to find a solution to this and embrace life.

      Treatments

      Epidural Injection Somewhat Helpful
      I had a second epidural and the pain in my arm is minimal, but my neck is still killing me.
