Awww, this must have been very hard for you Lana, but I hope you will think that Madison is with Alicia now - together, happy & cuddling up, we get so attached to our pets; they are so loved just like family - I lost a beautiful Dacshund, we got her when I was 4, when we lived in Germany - we brought her here and had her for 14 years & had to put her to sleep when I was expecting my daughter Dana,
Bless you, you did the right thing, no more suffering.
Oh I'm so sorry. Bless your heart. She lived a good long wonderful life, didn't she. It is very, very hard to make decisions like that ... but we don't want them to suffer. I'll be thinking of you. I'm a big kitty lover, too.

I'm so sorry,...but don't be surprised if after a time, you feel something brush your legs,--love doesn't die, Sweetie,...she knows it was her time. God comfort you! I know how this feels! Tight hugs, Judy
Oh lana I am sorry. I know the pain of watching an animal suffer is just so heartbreaking I'm glad you were able to allow her to go peacefully I know you must be very sad it is hard to say goodbye to a beloved pet I imagine when Alicia and Madison see eachother they will both bring the other comfort. As for us we have to comfort eachother I am sending you my love and prayers praying God holds you close and that you feel my hand holding yours. Ringing the bell for you.hugs and love kate
Oh, Lana. I am sorry for your pain but Madison is out of hers now. My mom and I have been discussing putting her old kitty down for the last week. I will miss him since I am his primary caretaker. But we don't want him to suffer. I think it will be soon. Hugs to you, Belinda
Thanks to all of you! Madison was my best friend...i miss her a lot. But I also know she is no longer in pain....and I am sure she is with Alicia. Missing them all so very much!
I am so sorry. But you did the right thing. Animals don't need to suffer or linger to make their peace with God.
The day that my old Sarge will pass away is neigh. I don't know how I'll handle that.
Again, I am sorry.
With love,
Sus
