It just seems that the days keep going by and my missing of Alicia never diminishes. I have really been struggling today...missing her so much....and not really knowing the true story of how she died. I am starting a process to go for wrongful death if it can be determined that a young man was indeed on top of the waterfalls....clearly a "keep out" area. I feel like the sheriff out in colorado is covering up the truth so to avoid liability. I don't remember really being told how Alicia was killed...if a rock hit her or if she fell. And I would like to know the truth. Just so many sad and angry feelings today. I know I need to look forward and stop looking back but that is so much easier said than done. I need to know the truth of what happened so that I can close the chapter on her to some degree. Lots and lots of tears today....love to all of you.

Sorry for the tears today. You do need the truth and you deserve the truth. I know the what if's and why's never stop but atleast you could have the "how" question answered. Hoping tomorrow is better. Much love. Robin

nothing wrong with wanting to know the truth. its healing to know. maybe you can get past some things if you search for the truth and find out. i had to know a lot of things and it helps to know. hugs , me.

Oh Sweetie, I wish I could hug you tight and tell you it would all be okay again, but of course, it won't because nothing can bring her back. I do understand why you want to know the details, need to know, in fact! You should have legal rights in the matter, and if it would bring you any real comfort, I feel you should pursue the matter.
