I learned how to lose weight w.o going thru agony. push the plate away!!! 

 

I grew up hearing that it'sd a sin to waste food, but Gkuttony is one of the 7 deadly sins. I eat w/e but dont finish. this also leaves my body w/extra energy that can be put to good use like a 15 minute exercise boost push that plate away & reap the benefits

    The older we get the harder it is to lose too. Pushing the plate away is a good way though.
