hi 2 all!!! im still kicking but have discovered that papaya enzyme leads to lower bs #s I found some good ppl @ DS & have fun/seroius/helpful interchanges . If anyone wants to share/ask something plz send a msg i have Cerebral Palsy & aint fast enuff to "chat"

what are u saying that eating a papaya will bring down ones blood sugar reading?? hm it'll work on non diabetic I hope?

I admire the way you have taken charge of your diabetes. Man when I first got diabetes, I let it control me. Now finally at 26 I am finally taking control. All the best to you.

I used to take papaya enzyme to help with my digestion, had a terrible time with it then (the digestion not the papaya)LOL...I liked it then, I will try it again. .. for the diabetes purpose this time ... might kill two birds with one stone ...
