i have Cerebral palsy so exercise for both sides is hard to find an old cardioglide worked
I have Diabetes & i control it w/o drugs & wanna stay that way
im 55 have cp on left side & exercise w/an old cardioglide so i dont fall off. I have type2 diabetes also & have a great regimen not only for diabetes but for good health as well & im here to interact & swap useful ideas
