Hello to all my dear DS friends. Well I will finally hit the big 70 next month.
Where does the time go to. I cannot believe that hubby and I have been retired 10 years last December. We thoroughly enjoy retirement and keep busy almost every day.
I am also doing good with my rls as I finally listened to my dr and taking my meds as he suggested. I have not had any symptoms for at least a month and that is so wonderful. I am also getting the sleep that I have needed for a long time. Life is wonderful and so glad that I have all of you to talk to.
Everyone have a great day and always look forward to the hugs and the encouragement that all of you give me.

OH OH! The BIG 7-0! I know, sometimes I can't believe I'm 72, I keep telling myself there must be some mistake, I don't feel that old!! My daughter has turned into my mother, fussing over me, telling me what I can and cannot do! and my doc telling me that my body on the inside is not as young as it looks on the outside! It's an adjustment that's for sure. Let me know what day your B-Day is so I can send you a hug to get thru it, OK? Luv you too!

You are so sweet and appreciate all of your nice comments. I also do not feel like I am going to be 70 but so glad that I am still able to do what I can. Life has been good to me and thankful for that.

OOPS forgot to tell you the birthday date. It is February the 5th. Hey I am not 70 yet and I am forgetting already what does that tell you LOL.

Let me give you a hint. I've made it to 77 and still dont believe it. My mind thinks I'm about 50 but when I try to do the things I did when I was 50 my body doesn't think so and thats a big suprise. Being 77 is sure better than the alterative. Sounds like your having a wonderful life. Great!!!

Thanks Penny and i so agree with the alternative. I also say the same thing. My mind says ok and my body says "I don't think so". Yes I am having a wonderful life and thanks for all of your kind comments.
