      I am on Metoprolol for rapid heart rate, works wonderful but if you dont take it.. your heart goes TOO Fast and it wont settle down> I have a question , the other day I had a spell .. chest pains, sweating and couldnt breathe,, what is this? i feel like my chest is smashed.. I am tired.. very weak.. what is this? HELP , i have had a few other little spells after this..
