Ok - so Millie and I have really bonded - she is so darned sweet.
She follows me around no matter what I am doing and she wants to see everything. If I'm digging
a hole in the yard for a plant she wants to get in there and dig a little too. She has her nose in
everything.
But the cutest thing is that even if I won't let her get her nose in something she just sits down next to
me and watches. If i move to another area she follows and sits next to me - watching. When I get
the leash out she goes nuts - she loves going out.
Little Millie has really become a little friend. At night I brush her, and afterwards she lays her head
on my lap and we watch TV. She is a very affectionate little thing - she literally hugs my legs with
her little paws.
I feel so lucky to have found her to adopt. I need to get her a new friend but it will change the set-up and I don't know that I want it to change but she needs more play, etc. than I give her so it's best for her.
I love animals and Millie is a very specail little one - not so little - she weighs about 75 lbs now. She
still jumps about 3 feet in the air when she's excited. I remember when I let Heinze run one night and Millie and I waited for him to come home. She she saw Heinze she jumped straight up in the air and
literally bounced accross the street to meet him. She has an amazing little personality.
I'm so glad she is with me.

This is a wonderfully heart warming journal. :) Linda, we are so very happy and delighted that you and Millie have eachother in eachother's lives, and share a very special bond. :) animal friends are very nice, and become family to us. :) It's so cute, and adorable how Millie loves to follow you around, you both have a great fun time, enjoying eachother's company. :) animals, truly are best friends, and brighten our days, and our lives. :) Millie is so very blessed, to have a wonderfully loving, caring, and supportive home. :) We hope you all continue to enjoy many very special days. :) please give Millie a nice hug from us. :) We send our love, and lots of super big happy sunny friendship hugs, from CT. :)

It has been a long time since I have been here on DS but I do think about you, especially when I see the animal rescue commercials. Millie is a lucky girl.
