  Hey! Sorry I've been MIA, I've been wicked busy. I've had 3 jobs and added a fourth but the fourth is turning into a full time gig. My back is kind of bothering me but i'm over it. Nothing new with the fam and no one too special in the love life. Just hanging out a lot. How have you been? How's the dogs doing?

  I haven't skipped a beat with the diet. I am not cheating at all and i weighed today and lost 3 pounds last week.. I am stoked.. Yes that's the show I was telling you about , It's a repeat.. Ice is good . even better is the none sugar flavored drinks frozen the made into snow cones.. YUM.. But you will pee pee all night.. I think I need a bedside commode.. Love and hugs..

  Howdy Little miss, Well i am more upbeat today and managed a walk. My legs don't feel as stiff. maybe i haven't done as much damage as i thought I had from sitting for 18mo. Ya think? anyway hope you had a good day.. Not sure I like this time change..Love to ya..

  Almost 8 months ago {5 days before 16th birthday} my youngest child was assulted as he & his friend were walking home; 3/4 mile from our house...He's the victum, but she's out on bond taking advantage of her legal rights, while she continues on with her life {of course she"s never had any remorse} besides living one block away from her too! We both feel like we're lost in a nother dimention because nothing feels normal since 3-10-09... will we ever wake up from this nightmare? Will we ever be able to hope for this to end?
