I will absolutely pray for you! I understand the not wanting to take anything stronger for the pain. But day in and out is so hard. Just know that God knows what you are feeling and cares deeply for you. If He is allowing this (FMS) there is something he wants to show you and will give you the strength to get through each day. Do you try to read his Word everyday? That so helps me have peace and strength. hugs to you!

Close Fibromyalgia
Have had FMS since 1999 and probably before and disabled have not been able to work since 2002. Cannot do much of anything for any length of time so depression is always there. Used to be able to pull myself out of these flare up but do not have any energy any more mental of physical.
Treatments
- Lyrica Not Working
- all my pressure points plus lot of pain nights are very bad twisting burning pain. sometimes i have 3 whirlpools in one day
- Heat Working / Worked
- I do not add heat when I lay down but I do keep my room warmer then the rest of the house. sleep in a sleeping bag with heavy blankets on me espicially my legs it is like the weight helps and I lay very still If I start moving around I hurt more so I watch movie to not think about it. Also I put a flexeril with my 50 mg of Lyrica . thats me in a nutshell I will constantly try to find new ways to kill that pain so long tartopp
