Well, I am done with my surgery, and doing GREAT...I had the small surgery, and was home the same day, all my results were benign, and I am so thankful to God for that.
I am in full blown menopause, but I havent seen too much of a change, just hot flashes, and yesterday, I had an attitude, and didnt know why...lol...but I am GREAT
My grandmother did pass away the day after my surgery, and her funeral was this past sat. I know she is with God, and that is a comfort to know.
It has been a week since my surgery, and I am still really sore but taking it easy.
My dr said it could take a few weeks to get back to normal.
I am so thankful for you all here, your prayers have been so helpful to me.
I continue to pray for each and everyone of you.
with lots of love and gratitude

I just want to say that I have not forgotten my friends here, and I always think of ya'll.
As I said in my last entry, things are weird here. My husband and I have been doing much better, but other things keep popping up. My dog Patches, of 12 years, died on thanksgiving, It nearly broke my heart. My grandmother had a heart atack on thanksgiving, and she isnt doing well at all, she also has pneumonia, and she is 83, so they arent real sure oif she will recover, since her heart is so weak, and the infection is making her heart work overtime...so it has been real stressful here.
I am having surgery tomorrow to have my ovaries and tubes removed, and he said he is going to try and do it the laparascopic way, but if he sees that there is too much scar tissue, he will be doing the open surgery.....I am hoping the laprascopic one works...because i will be coming home the same day, as long as there isnt the "C" word...If he does the open surgery, I will be in there 4 days...so I will let everyone know as soon as I am home.
Right now, I am starving...nothing to eat yesterday, or today, and now I am doing the bowel prep, so I am sick in my tummy.
But I am leaving all this in the Lords hands...HE knows whats best for everyone.
I am continuing to pray for all of you...
with much love to my friends,
Donna

Great news about your surgery. So sorry about your Grandmother. Hot flashes are no fun, but you'll get through it. Much love and hugs.
