Mine was caused from a bacterial infection called helicobacter.my dr said this bacteria is found in underdone meat and also in ice wich i eat alot of.I could not eat anything except bland foods. my throat stayed sore and my stomach upset all the time. I would have the acidy taste in my mouth.I have been treated with Aciphex and it worked amazingly with me.I can eat anything amd my throat is well
