(A browser glitch and computer crash later, I try to paraphrase the paraphrase of the original entry I tried to post.)
About the time I started posting here (last July), the first in a series of life-related blows to the head left me changing habits and working hard, but not necessarily talking about it much. Much of it is private and simply can't be discussed. Six months later, I try again, and have placed my weight loss goal here as encouragement for me to post more often than I have done.
I am still dealing with depression issues, and I discuss them mostly on my blog, Hoshichan.com. I will try to post here once in a while, if only to point toward more lengthy entries over there. (I write them every so often.)
I will try to update my goal on a weekly basis, as that's as frequently as I want to be weighing myself, lest I get overly obsessive/neurotic. (Has been known to happen, from time to time.) Thanks for looking!
