I haven't lost any more weight -- because I haven't put in any amount of effort this last month. I haven't been walking, I haven't been overeating but neither have I been concentrating on eating less and watching my sugar intake. That's my goal for this month, to get back on track.
However, I went shopping yesterday and discovered that I have now dropped two jean sizes since I started, from a 16 to a 12. Bought my first pair of 12s and look forward to more in the future. (Actually, I suppose I'm looking forward to a 10. Maybe a 10 Long.)
It's odd to not having to adjust my waistband every time I... move (I was wearing 16s all this time; it's all I had) but I kinda like the feeling of wearing something that fits well!
