I haven't updated in a month because there hasn't been much to report. I dropped below 180, for the first time in ages, and I've stayed there for a few weeks now. Life has been stressful -- I lost my hard drive two weeks ago today, and am now rebuilding my personal data as well as client info. I haven't been exercising regularly, I feel like all my habits are gone and need restarting, just from one long-lasting cold last month and a chaotic start to May.
I've done fairly well at setting new habits this week -- taking time for writing, housework, trying to not feel so stressed to maximize every second and be active all the time. Last night I kicked back for a while, and I can't remember the last time I did that.
The weight progress will increase, I'm sure, but my walking schedule has to change because after a few weeks of vascillating between 30° and 70°, it's now summer, 85-90° and holding. (That few weeks is "spring" in far-northern California, if you were wondering.) I want to walk at 2-3 pm, when the winter weather was tolerably not-freezing, but now that's the hottest part of the day and I need to rewire myself... back to walking at 7-8 pm!
UPDATED GOALS

congratulations on your weight progress!! :) exercise is good for stress, as i'm sure you know. i lost my gym habit too...been making up for it by (briskly) walking my dog and using free weights at home instead. :( i am so sorry to hear about your hard drive...best of luck with that!
